We view all our volunteers as being valuable assets. Volunteer power makes the difference!

There are many volunteer opportunities available at Homeward Bound Pets. We are looking for volunteers that are responsible, caring and committed to the proposition that when you take that step forward to share your time and talents with us, you will become part of the team and we will count on you to carry out the duties in the areas that you have chosen to help in.

All volunteers at the shelter must be at least 16 years old and commit to at least three months of active volunteer time.

A volunteer application must be submitted and approved before your on-site activity begins. A Volunteer Opportunities brochure and application can be obtained at the shelter office during business hours, calling (503) 472-0341 or by e:mail: hbp@onlinemac.com.
