Tanglewood

I feel lost,
a stranger in a faraway place.

I am in awe,
I see inside faces but they are closed.

I am fragile, and I
wither like a rose and cry in pain.

I sleep, with
Inward warmth and peace of spirit.

I wish, and
I am in the woods remembering.

I hear music-the
conductor lifts me with his movements.

I ascend, and
I hear a voice that serenades me.

I sip water, and
I am bathed with sonants that fill my heart.

I awake refreshed.
It is more than a dream,
more than a vision.

I am found,
flowing with an unexpected worth.
